A) Chapter 06 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” and the miscellaneous code “Without soil, related matter or growing media” originating from the state of New York:

‘06.02.90.0023.18 – Hemlock – rooted plants (Tsuga spp.).
06.02.90.0023.68 – Tiger-tail spruce – rooted plants (Picea polita).
06.02.90.0023.69 – Yeddo spruce – rooted plants (Picea jezoensis).

B) Chapter 07 was published to add the following OGD extensions:

‘07.03.10.3001.07 – Onions – Cippoline or Cipollini (fresh or chilled). (Allium cepa)
