CFIA-AIRS Updates January 19th, 2021

Chapter 04 was published to remove the end use “Livestock Feed” from the following HS code.

04.04.10.3543.05 - Whey protein concentrates (Less or equal to 80% whey proteins on dry weight basis).

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

04.02.10.3517.01 - Skim milk powder.
04.02.21.3520.01 - Whole milk powder.
04.03.90.3540.02 - Buttermilk powder.
04.04.10.3543.01 - Evaporated whey.

Please verify your version numbers before submitting through EDI.
