i) remove the end uses “Educational use” and “Scientific use (Research)” from the following HS code:
12.08 – Flours and meals of oil seeds or oleaginous fruits, other than those of mustard
ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS code with the end use “Show or exhibition”:
12.12.91 – Other: Sugar beet
iii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses”:
12.12.91 – Other: Sugar beet
12.12.93.0100 – Saccharum sp.(Sugar cane), stripped of leaves and husk, for human consumption
12.12.99.0200.99 – Other vegetable products used primarily for human consumption, not elsewhere specified
iv) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS code with the end use “Scientific use (research)”:
12.12.93.0100 – Saccharum sp.(Sugar cane), stripped of leaves and husk, for human consumption.
