A) Chapter 01

Chapter 01 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end uses “Show or Exhibition” and “Temporary stay in Canada” originating from the United States:

B) Chapter 12

Chapter 12 was published to:

i) remove the miscellaneous codes “With soil / container weighing less than 50 kg”, “With soil / container weighing more than 50 kg”, “Without soil / container weighing less than 50 kg” and “Without soil / container weighing more than 50 kg” from the following HS code with the end uses “Human consumption” and “Further processing”:

12.14.90.0007.02 – Rutabaga (fresh or chilled) (roots). (Brassica napobrassica)

ii) add the miscellaneous codes “With soil or related matter (including growing media not approved under the CGMP)” and “Without soil, related matter or growing media” to the following HS code with the end uses “Human consumption” and “Further processing”:

12.14.90.0007.02 – Rutabaga (fresh or chilled) (roots). (Brassica napobrassica)

iii) modify the import conditions and the registration type list for the following HS code with the end use “Human consumption”:

12.14.90.0007.02 – Rutabaga (fresh or chilled) (roots). (Brassica napobrassica)

iv) add two release recommendations to the following HS code with the end use “Further processing”:

12.14.90.0007.02 – Rutabaga (fresh or chilled) (roots). (Brassica napobrassica)
