A) Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses “Aquaculture feed”, “Livestock feed”, “Other end uses” and “Pet food manufacturing” originating from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden:

‘05.11.91.1994 – Fish meal (made exclusively of fish bones, shells of crustaceans or other aquatic invertebrates)
05.11.91.2000 – Fish and shellfish products
05.11.99.1995.17 – Fish meal (made exclusively of fish bones, shells of crustaceans or other aquatic invertebrates)

B) Chapter 23 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Livestock Feed” originating from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden:

‘23.01.20.1995.01 – Krill, whole, dehydrated, ground
23.01.20.1995.02 – Krill, whole, pasteurized
23.01.20.2000.01 – Fish autolysate, condensed
23.01.20.2000.02 – Fish autolysed dehydrated
23.01.20.2000.03 – Fish hydrolyzed condensed
23.01.20.2000.04 – Fish hydrolyzed dehydrated

23.01.20.2000.16 – Shrimp process residue meal

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses “Aquaculture feed”, “Other end uses” and “Pet food manufacturing” originating from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden:

‘23.01.20.1995.01 – Krill, whole, dehydrated, ground
23.01.20.1995.02 – Krill, whole, pasteurized
23.01.20.1995.99 – Other
23.01.20.2000 – Fish and shellfish products

iii) modify the description of the following OGD extension:

‘23.09.90.6207 – Bird seed (other than pet bird food) with no suet or other animal origin ingredients
