Please note there was an omission of a publication notice on July 18, 2023. The email update that should have been distributed is as follows :

Chapter 41

Chapter 41 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extension.

41.03.90.1930.98 – Other: hard dried, pickled, or limed.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refer to CFIA – veterinary inspection”, modify the import conditions and description for the following HS code originating from all countries except the United States.

41.03.90.1930.99 – Other: Green, raw, or salted.
