Chapter 04

Chapter 04 was published to change the release recommendation to “Not Regulated by CFIA” for the following HS codes with the end uses “Other end uses”, “Research and educational use”, “Show or exhibition” and “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution”.

04.10.90.1187.06 – Turtles’ eggs (Salt water) fresh, dried or preserved.
04.10.90.1187.07 – Turtles’ eggs (Fresh water) fresh, dried or preserved.
