i) remove the following OGD extension.

ii) add the following OGD extensions.

06.02.10.0023.23 - Star jasmine, confederate jasmine - Unrooted plants (Trachelospermum jasminoides)
06.02.90.0042.02 - Salpichroa spp. – rooted plants

This created a requirement version change for various HS codes under:
06.01 - Bulbs, tubers, tuberous roots, corms, crowns and rhizomes, dormant, in growth or in flower; chicory plants and roots other than roots of heading No. 12.12.
06.02 - Other live plants (including their roots), cuttings and slips; mushroom spawn
