Chapter 03

Chapter 03 was published to add the miscellaneous code “Whole, uneviscerated (head on or head off)” to the following HS codes with the end uses “Food service” and “Retail use” originating from all countries except Brazil, China, Ecuador, EU member states, Faroe Island, Honduras, Iceland, Indonesia, Isle on Man, Japan, Jersey, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Türkiye, United States, United Kingdom and Vietnam:

03.02.43.7887.88 – Sardinops sagax – TSN 161729 – Pilchard (fresh or chilled).
03.03.53.7887.88 – Sardinops sagax – TSN 161729 – Pilchard (frozen).
03.03.84.2247.44 – Dicentrarchus labrax – TSN 170317 – Sea bass (frozen).
