A) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Argentina, Chile, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Paraguay, Singapore, Sweden and Uruguay:

05.06.90.1273.01 – Bovine bone meal.
05.06.90.1273.03 – Ovine bone meal.
05.06.90.1273.99 – Other.
05.11.99.1995.01 – Bovine meat meal, meat-and-bone meal.
05.11.99.1995.07 – Ovine meat meal, meat-and-bone meal.
05.11.99.1995.14 – Hoof meal.
05.11.99.1995.15 – Horn meal.
05.11.99.1995.99 – Other.

iii) modify the import conditions and the registration type list for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Australia and New Zealand:

05.06.90.1273.99 – Other.
05.11.99.1995.01 – Bovine meat meal, meat-and-bone meal.
