Please note there was an omission in section H) of the communication from the publication on May 16th. The United States is also included in the list of exceptions below. The message should have read:

H) Chapter 30 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA – NISC” to "Refuse Entry” for the following HS code with the end use “Commercial” originating from all countries except Australia, New Zealand, Chile, European Union Member States, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Japan, Iceland, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Mexico and the United States.

30.02.12.1095.10 - Bulk fetal bovine serum and plasma or derivatives, dried, or liquid

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Peru, Japan, Iceland, Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua and Guatemala.
