Chapter 06

Chapter 06 was published to:

i) add the miscellaneous codes “From a non-quarantine area for Cydalima perspectalis – without soil” and “From a quarantine area for Cydalima perspectalis – without soil” for the following HS codes originating from the State of Michigan

06.02.10.0023.24 – Boxwood – unrooted plants (Buxus spp.).
06.02.90.0032.37 – Boxwood – rooted plants (Buxus spp.).

ii) add the miscellaneous codes “From a quarantine area for Cydalima perspectalis – with soil”, “From a non-quarantine area for Cydalima perspectalis – with soil” and modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from the State of Michigan destined to all provinces except British Columbia.

06.02.90.0032.37 – Boxwood – rooted plants (Buxus spp.).

iii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with the miscellaneous codes “From a quarantine area for Cydalima perspectalis – without soil” and “From a quarantine area for Cydalima perspectalis – with soil” originating from the State of Michigan destined to British Columbia.

06.02.90.0032.37 – Boxwood – rooted plants (Buxus spp.).
