A) Chapter 05 was published to add the following OGD extensions.

05.11.99.0162.01 - Dried Whole Black Soldier Fly Larva
05.11.99.0162.02 - Other than Dried Whole Black Soldier Fly Larva

B) Chapter 10 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses “Livestock feed” and “Further processing” originating from India.

10.02.90 - Rye Other
10.03.90 - Barley: Other
10.04.90 - Oats: Other
10.05.90 - Maize (corn): Other
10.06.10.0102 - Cereal - Rice - grain
10.07.90 - Grain sorghum: Other
10.08.10.0104 - Cereal - Buckwheat - grain

This created a requirement version change for the same HS codes originating from Burkina Faso, Burundi, Benin, Central African Republic, Congo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Tanzania, United Republic of, Uganda, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Cambodia, Korea, Democratic People's Republic, , Republic of Korea, Lao Peoples Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Mongolia, Philippines, Timor-Leste, Viet Nam, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Republic of Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Russian Federation, Slovakia,, Ukraine and Papua New Guinea.

C) Chapter 11 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses “Livestock feed” and “Other end uses” originating from India.

11.02.90 - Other.
11.03.11 - Groats and meal: Of wheat.
11.03.13 - Groats and meal: Of maize (corn).
11.03.19 - Groats and meal: Of other cereals.
11.03.20 - Pellets.
11.04.12 - Rolled or flaked grains: Of oats.
11.04.19 - Rolled or flaked grains: Of other cereals.
11.04.22 - Other worked grains (for example, hulled, pearled, sliced or kibbled): Of oats.
11.04.23 - Other worked grains (for example, hulled, pearled, sliced or kibbled): Of maize (corn).
11.04.29 - Other worked grains (for example, hulled, pearled, sliced or kibbled): Of other cereals.
11.04.30 - Germ of cereals, whole, rolled, flaked or ground.
11.05 - Flour, meal, powder, flakes, granules and pellets of potatoes.
11.06 - Flour, meal and powder of the dried leguminous vegetables of heading No. 07.13, of sago or of roots or tubers of heading No. 07.14 or of the products of Chapter 8.
11.07 - Malt, whether or not roasted.
11.08.11 - Starches: Wheat.
11.08.12 - Starches: Maize (corn).

D) Chapter 12 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses “Livestock feed” and “Other end uses” originating from India.

12.01.90.0111 - Glycine max (Soybean), grain.
12.01.90.6000 - Soybean seeds heat processed.
12.04.00.0113 - Linum usitatissimum (Linseed, Flax), grain.
12.05.10.7200 - Canola seed (grain).
12.05.90.7200 - Rape seed (grain).
12.07.60 - Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) seeds.
12. 07.99.0118.99 - Other oil seed (seed).
12.07.99.9999 - Other oil seeds and oleaginous fruits (grain).
12.08 - Flours and meals of oil seeds or oleaginous fruits, other than those of mustard.

E) Chapter 21 was published to remove the following OGD extension.

21.04.10.5690 - Other soups and broths containing dried meat seasoning.

F) Chapter 23 was published to:
