Chapter 01 was published to change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA - Veterinary inspection" to "Refuse entry" for the following HS code originating from Ukraine.

01.01 - Live horses, asses, mules and hinnies.

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code originating from all countries except Argentina, Australia, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, European Union member states, New Zealand, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, United States and Uruguay.
