Chapter 06 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Refer to CFIA-NISC” for the following HS codes with the end use “Ornamental use” originating from New Zealand.

06.03.19.0032.01 - Leucanthemum spp. - cut flowers - fresh.

06.03.19.0032.07 - Phlox spp.- cut flowers or flower buds - fresh.

06.03.19.0032.08 - Paeonia spp.- cut flowers or flower buds - fresh.

06.03.19.0032.09 - Dianthus spp. - cut flowers or flower buds - fresh.

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Ornamental use” originating from New Zealand.

06.03.19.0032.10 - Geranium spp. - cut flowers or flower buds - fresh.
