A) Chapter 06

Chapter 06 was published to:

i) add the miscellaneous code “Without soil, related matter or growing media – pre-cleared” to the following HS codes with the end use “Propagation (growing and sowing)” originating from Belgium, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

06.01.10.0002.01 Ornamental flowers (bulbs) – dormant.
06.01.10.0002.04 Lilium spp. (other than L. formosanum) (Bulb) – dormant (lily).
06.01.10.0002.99 Other ornamental bulbs – dormant.
06.01.10.0004.06 Paeonia spp. – tubers, tuberous roots, corms, crowns and rhizomes – dormant.
06.01.10.0004.07 Cordyline spp. – tubers, tuberous roots, corms, crowns and rhizomes – dormant.

12.02.41.4081.01 – Edible nuts – peanuts in shell (raw).
12.02.42.4081.01 – Edible nuts – peanuts shelled (raw).

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS code with the end use “Further processing” and with the miscellaneous code “Without soil” originating from the State of New York.

12.02.42.4081.01 – Edible nuts – peanuts shelled (raw).

C) Chapter 15

Chapter 15 was published to :

i) add the following OGD extensions.

15.06.00.5393 – Emu fat (raw)
15.06.00.5394 – Ostrich fat (raw)

ii) remove the following OGD extensions.

E) AIRS was published to add the following end use.
