A) Chapter 06 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions and registration type list for the following HS codes with the end use “Propagation (growing and sowing)” originating from the United States.

06.02.10.0011.06 - Juniper - Unrooted plants (Juniperus spp.).
06.02.90.0023.03 - Balsam fir and other Abies spp. - rooted plants (Other Abies spp.). 
06.02.90.0023.08 - Juniper - rooted plants (Juniperus spp.).
06.02.90.0027.52 - White fir - rooted plants (Abies concolor). 
06.02.90.0027.53 - Grand fir - rooted plants (Abies grandis). 
06.02.90.0027.54 - Red fir - rooted plants (Abies magnifica).

ii) remove the miscellaneous code “With growing media that is free of soil and related matter (CGMP)” from the following HS code with the end use “Propagation (Growing and sowing)” originating from the state of California.

06.02.90.0023.08 - Juniper - rooted plants (Juniperus spp.).

B) Chapter 21 was published to delete the following OGD extension.

21.02.20.6252.06 - Yeast autolysate dehydrated.

C) Chapter 23 was published to add the following OGD extension.

23.09.90.1584 - Yeast autolysate dehydrated.
