Chapter 23 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extensions.

23.01.10.1995.35 - Poultry protein hydrolysate, without additives, other than ready to use
23.09.90.1994 - Poultry protein hydrolysate, with additives, ready to use

ii) modify the description and the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses”. 

23.09.10.1565.07 - Ingredients other than animal origin (insect meals and flours permitted) 
23.09.10.1566.08 - Ingredients other than animal origin (insect meals and flours permitted)
23.09.10.1575.08 - Ingredients other than animal origin (insect meals and flours permitted)
