Chapter 11 was published to add the following OGD extension.

11.08.19.7123 - Starches: Banana.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

11.08.13.7100 - Unmodified potato starch.
11.08.13.7200 - Other potato starch.
11.08.14 - Starches: Manioc (cassava).
11.08.19.7122 - Pea starch - obtained mechanically from dehulled dry milled field pea seeds (Pisum sativum).
