Chapter 23 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Livestock feed” originating from the Continental United States.

23.08.00.6321.01 - Carrot root, fresh ground
23.08.00.6321.02 - Jerusalem Artichoke residues
23.08.00.6321.03 - Processed Cassava Root

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes:

23.08.00.6318 - Potatoes - fresh sound and/or culled
23.08.00.6319 - Potato process residue wet, raw
