Chapter 28 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Not Regulated by CFIA” and modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses”.

28.33.25 - Other sulphates: Of copper

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Not Regulated by CFIA” for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses”.

28.27.39.6222 - Basic Copper Chloride

iii) modify the registration type and import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Livestock Feed” originating from all countries except China.

28.33.25 - Other sulphates: Of copper

iv) delete the following OGD extension:

28.27.39.6242 - Tri basic copper chloride
