Chapter 12 was published to add the end use “Human Consumption” to the following HS code.

12.09.99.0071.21 - Strawberry (seed)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

12.09.91.0070.01 - Onion (seed)
12.09.91.0070.02 - Other vegetable (seed)
12.09.91.0070.03 - Broccoli (seed)
