B) Chapter 18 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Human consumption” and the miscellaneous codes “Commercially packed” and “Not commercially packed” originating from Hungary and United Kingdom.   18.06.20.3675 - Ice milk mixes. 18.06.90.3675 - Flavoured milk, ice cream and frozen dessert mixes, containing more than 5% cocoa.

 

C) Chapter 19 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Human consumption” and the miscellaneous codes “Commercially packed” and “Not Commercially packed” originating from Hungary and the United Kingdom.   19.01.10.7100 - Infant formula, Milk-based. 19.01.90.3725 - Ice cream and frozen dessert mixes, containing less than 5% cocoa. 19.01.90.3726 - Caramelized concentrated milk. 19.01.90.3727 - Cream substitute containing milk ingredients. 19.01.90.3736 - Prepared puddings and custards containing milk ingredients. 19.01.90.3739 - Food preparations containing milk ingredients. 19.01.90.3750 - Caramelized concentrated milk - Organic.

 

D) Chapter 21 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Human consumption” and the miscellaneous codes “Commercially packed” and “Not Commercially packed” originating from Hungary and the United Kingdom.   21.06.90.1502 - Food preparations containing milk ingredients. 21.06.90.7087.02 - Beverage base (powder) 21.06.90.7087.04 - Beverage base (powder) containing milk ingredients - Organic.

 

E) Chapter 22 was published to: i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Human consumption” and the miscellaneous code “Commercially packed” originating from Hungary and United Kingdom.   22.02.99.2116.15 - Beverage containing milk ingredients - Must be stored refrigerated or frozen before opening. 22.02.99.2116.18 - Beverage containing milk ingredients - Must be stored refrigerated or frozen before opening - Organic. 22.02.99.2116.19 - Chocolate milk - Must be stored refrigerated or frozen before opening - Organic. 22.02.99.2116.21 - Chocolate milk - Must be stored refrigerated or frozen before opening.   ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Human consumption” and the miscellaneous code “Not commercially packed” originating from Hungary and United Kingdom.   22.02.99.2116.01 - Chocolate milk - Stable at ambient temperature before opening. 22.02.99.2116.13 - Beverage containing milk ingredients - Stable at ambient temperature before opening. 22.02.99.2116.15 - Beverage containing milk ingredients - Must be stored refrigerated or frozen before opening. 22.02.99.2116.21 - Chocolate milk - Must be stored refrigerated or frozen before opening.
