A) Chapter 10 was published to modify the registration types for the following HS codes with the end uses “Livestock feed” and “Further processing” originating from the Republic of Korea.

B) Chapter 11 was published to modify the registration types for the following HS codes with the end uses “Livestock feed” and “Other end uses" originating from the Republic of Korea.

11.02.90 - Other. 
11.03.11 - Groats and meal: Of wheat.

11.04.12 - Rolled or flaked grains: Of oats. 
11.04.19 - Rolled or flaked grains: Of other cereals. 
11.04.22 - Other worked grains (for example, hulled, pearled, sliced or kibbled): Of oats.
