iv) streamline the requirements for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human Consumption”, “Further processing”, “Other end uses”, “Repacking”, “Samples for testing” and “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution” originating from the states of Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

This created a requirement version change for the same HS codes originating from Kosovo, Republic of, Mexico, Brazil, Uruguay and the United States.

C) Chapter 12 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extensions.

12.01.90.6000 - Soybean seeds heat processed.
12.08.10.6010 - Soybean seeds extruded ground.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes with the end uses “Livestock feed” and “Other end uses”.

12.01.90.0111 - Glycine max (Soybean), grain.
12.08.10.7100 - Flours and meals of soybean.

ii) remove the following OGD extensions.

12.01.10.6000 - Soybean seeds heat processed.
12.01.10.6010 - Soybean seeds extruded ground.
