CFIA Delay in Processing - Update

The following message is from CFIA.

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is experiencing no delays in processing of import documentation. The National Import Service Centre (NISC) is continuing to process requests as they are received.

During this time clients are instructed to continue to fax requests to (613) 773-9999 or by email at [email protected]. If you are unable to contact CFIA using the fax or email provided, you may also fax import documents to (514) 493-4103. This option is only available between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm ET. The National Import Service Centre (NISC) is continuing to process requests.

We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
