Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Digital Document Store (DDS) is experiencing delays. Please note there may be a delay (4 hours) in processing import documentation.

During this time clients are instructed to send requests to 905-795-9658 and 514-493-4103 or by email at [email protected]. The National Import Service Centre (NISC) is continuing to process requests.
