CFIA Digital Document Store scheduled maintenance, 30 September - 1 October

As part of ongoing efforts to improve client service please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) will be performing Digital Document Store (DDS) maintenance from Saturday, September 30th, 2017 from 7:00AM (EST) to 11:59PM (EST) and from Sunday, October 1st from 6:00am (EST) to 7:00am (EST).

During this time clients are instructed to only send requests to (905) 795-9658. Clients are not to send requests via email unless advised by the National Import Service Centre (NISC).
