CFIA Fish Inspection Forms 5588 and 5608

The Fish Import Notification (CFIA/ACIA 5588) and the form for Import Products Destined for Further Processing in Federally Registered Establishments (CFIA/ACIA 5608) have been changed to ensure they meet the new accessibility guidelines mandated by Treasury Board for all forms posted on the external website. The forms can now be filled and saved.
