CFIA NISC Availability April 4 – April 6, 2020

CFIA have advised that the NISC will be available by email only ([email protected]) from 3 a.m. EDT Saturday April 4th until 7:00 a.m. EDT Monday, April 6th. Communication by phone will not be available.

Members are reminded that the CFIA service standard for release of goods is 4 hours and CFIA should not be contacted until the 4 hours window has passed. Delays may occur when legacy service options are used.
