Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is experiencing delays in processing transaction due to high volume. Please note there may be a delay in processing import release requests.

If you require a release for a shipment that has already arrived, or about to arrive at the border please fax documents to (613) 773-9999. The National Import Service Centre (NISC) will continue to process requests.
