As part of CFIA's ongoing efforts to improve client service please be advised that CFIA will be performing system maintenance on Tuesday, October 8th between 8:00pm and 11:00pm (EST).

Consequently, there may be a slight interruption to the following service:
Automated Import Reference System (AIRS)

During this time clients are instructed to continue to send requests to (613) 773-9999 or by email [email protected]. The National Import Service Centre (NISC) will continue to process requests.
