CFIA Web Consultation on Draft Control, Compliance and Enfoncement Framework

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) would like your feedback on its Draft Control, Compliance and Enforcement Framework. This document describes the CFIA's vision and approach for facilitating and verifying compliance, preventing non-compliance, controlling risk and responding to non-compliance.

The closing date to submit comments on the draft Framework is October 31, 2014. In this regard, the CFIA will hold an English session on Tuesday, October 21st. A date for the French session will be communicated in the coming days.
