Effective April 3, 2018, the Automated Import Reference System (AIRS) database will be updated to distinguish between cheese manufactured from pasteurized and unpasteurized milk.
The description of the following OGD extensions will be changed to identify pasteurized milk products:
04.06.10.3566 - Fresh (unripened or uncured) cheese, including whey cheese, and curd. - Pasteurized

04.06.40.3572 - Blue cheese. - Pasteurized
