Changes to Canadian Pacific's Supplemental Service Tariffs - Effective June 24th, 2013

In March we updated our unit train charges to fall under Tariff 2. Based on your feedback, effective June 24th, 2013, the following items will now be governed by Tariff 5:

An asset use charge of $600 per hour will apply for unit trains held en-route.
A charge of $250 per hour will apply to locomotives delayed at destination serving yards and facilities beyond the free time.
Charges for locomotive-only moves (deadheading) to and from facilities, have been separated from charges for pulling locomotives off a staged unit train

Please note that demurrage charges for railcars on unit trains at destination will continue to fall under Tariff 2.

Please carefully review our updated Tariffs (found here) effective June 24th, 2013.
