Changes to Canadian Pacific’s Supplemental Service Tariffs - Effective March 1st, 2013

The following is a message from Canadian Pacific.

As part of Canadian Pacific’s ongoing effort to simplify our Supplemental Service Tariffs, please note the following changes effective March 1st, 2013:

Asset use charges for unit trains will fall under Tariff 2 instead of Tariff 5.
Hold charges outlined in Tariff 5 Item 8 will fall under Tariff 2 Item 15.
Asset use charges outlined in Tariff 5 Items 4 & 5 will fall under Tariff 2 Items 10–16.
US Grain Tariff 4447 Item 250.19 has been updated.

Please carefully review our updated Tariffs (found here) effective March 1st, 2013.
