AP-2018-053—Whether the goods in issue are properly classified under tariff item No. 9405.40.90 as other electric lamps and lighting fittings, as determined by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency, or should be classified under tariff item No. 9013.80.00 as other optical devices, appliances and instruments, or under tariff item No. 9505.10.00 as articles for Christmas festivities, as claimed by Rona Inc.
