CN 20-05, Highway Sufferance Warehouse Closure (Miramichi, New Brunswick)

1. The purpose of this notice is to advise that:
(a) effective February 4, 2020 the company located at 98 Whalen Street, Miramichi, NB has surrendered their "BW" type highway sufferance warehouse licence.
(b) the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.

2. As such, effective February 4, 2020 all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at Moncton, NB, port of entry will have to declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
