CN13-007, Proposed Regulatory Amendment to the Customs Bonded Warehouses Regulations

This notice announces a regulatory amendment proposed by the Canada Border Services Agency to remove the licence fees charged under the Customs Bonded Warehouses Regulations. It is further proposed that this regulatory amendment come into force on April 1, 2013, on the condition that the Governor in Council approves the regulatory amendment.
