In the immortal words of Frank Sinatra, “Come fly with me, let's fly, let's fly away…”! While the 2022 CSCB National Conference Monday evening event won’t actually have you airborne, we will be celebrating at a very special venue, the Canada Aviation and Space Museum.
Located on a former military air base, the Canada Aviation and Space Museum focuses on aviation in Canada within an international context – from its beginnings in 1909 to today. The museum houses the most extensive aviation collection in Canada and is also considered one of the finest aviation museums in the world.
We’ll be dining surrounded by airplanes, but we guarantee there will be no resemblance to airplane food! We will enjoy full access to all displays with tour guides available, ready to provide in-depth knowledge on all the planes …from the Silver Dart to the Avro Arrow…to the de Havilland Beaver, Chipmunk, Moth, Otter or Dash 7. Do you have a favourite plane or story from Canada’s exciting aviation history? This is the place for you.
So, don’t forget, pick your decade of dress to reflect your favourite era – and that could be 2022 business casual - and be ready to connect and enjoy a wonderful and unique evening with friends and colleagues! Many thanks to Avalara, our evening’s sponsor.
