Consultation on Proposed Changes to Fertilizer Program Administration in Canada

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is inviting comments from all interested stakeholders on the future direction of fertilizer and supplement regulation in Canada.

The CFIA has prepared a regulatory modernization proposal document, Proposed Changes to Fertilizer Program Administration in Canada, which outlines the proposed direction, objectives and principles of modernized Fertilizers Regulations. The CFIA is now seeking input and comments on this document.
