Statement of Account - SOA Visibility

Some customs brokers are unable to view their client’s SOA despite having the required delegation and visibility in the CARM Client Portal. They have reported that they can only see those importers who have authorized them to receive the SOA via EDI.

The CBSA is working on fixing this problem in time for the September 25th SOA.
