CSCB Webinar: CUSMA - New Agreement, New Reality for Customs Brokers and Importers

The new Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA, also known as USMCA or T-MEC) modernizes NAFTA and includes rules for de minimis – something not included in NAFTA. It also contains complex rules of origin for automobiles, digital trade, e-commerce, and an unprecedented labor enforcement provision called a "Rapid Response Labour Mechanism" to ensure Mexican compliance with the new labour provisions.

Join us for our webinar on Thursday, February 27th at 1 p.m. to find out what the new Agreement means for customs brokers and their clients!
