Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 74 of the Canada-United States Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) Rules of Procedure for Article 10.12 (Binational Panel Reviews), that the panel established to review the final determination made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (Tribunal), respecting “CERTAIN GYPSUM BOARD, SHEET, OR PANEL ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”, issued its decision on June 14, 2022 (Secretariat File No.: CDA-USA-2020-10.12-01).

In the June 14, 2022, decision, the binational panel affirmed the Tribunal’s determination respecting “CERTAIN GYPSUM BOARD, SHEET, OR PANEL ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”.
