Customs Notice 12-025

Further to the CSCB's messages regarding the 999 line limit in ACROSS, CBSA has now issued Customs Notice 12-025. This notice confirms the date of October 29, 2012 as the date upon which penalties will be assessed when the 999 line limit is exceeded.
