D10-14-36, Tariff classification policy on ratchet drives, is under review by CBSA.

Paragraph 9 of this memorandum refers to “adjustable ratchet drives” and CBSA have received several questions regarding this phrase, including one from the CSCB.

Upon review, it was realized that introducing “adjustable ratchet drives” could cause some confusion and the memorandum will be revised to remove this reference.

The version of this memorandum on CBSA’s website is marked “Under Review”, until the new version is published.
