D11-11-1, National Customs Rulings (NCR)

Memorandum D11-11-1, National Customs Rulings (NCR) has been updated and is now available on the CBSA website at http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/dm-md/d11/d11-11-1-eng.html.

This memorandum has been amended to reflect procedural requirements for obtaining a National Customs Ruling on origin for the General Preferential Tariff and the Least Developed Country Tariff, and to include provisions for the publishing of a National Customs Ruling.
