D6-2-3, Refund of Duties

This memorandum was edited to reflect changes to the time period for which an application for refund may be made under the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) preferential tariff treatment. These changes to the refund time period are a result of the Agreement to Amend the Free Trade Agreement Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Chile, which came into force September 30, 2013.
