Notice of initiation of investigations and associated news release are available on the CBSA website.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated investigations, on June 11, 2020, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain decorative and other non‑structural plywood from China. The investigations follow a complaint filed by Columbia Forest Products, Husky Plywood, Rockshield Engineered Wood Products, ULC, and the Canadian Hardwood Plywood and Veneer Association.
