The session will be led by Marc Séguin, CBSA, Director of Revenue Accounting and Reporting and Janice McBride, CSCB Vice President, who will discuss electronic payment options, enforcement of D17-5-1, implementation of DN/SOA statement format changes, credit tagging, offsets, remedies to ARL problems, and more.

The session will be followed by a buffet dinner.
